All Cryptochips sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, duplicate orders.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cryptochips.io with your order number and photos.

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Once packed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with replacement, store credit, or refund options.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We retain order confirmations, tracking, delivery records, and customer communications to challenge fraudulent or improper disputes.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
